I have been dieting and have lost weight, a couple of dress sizes smaller which I am happy about but now my shoes seem too big and slips off of my feet when I walk. All of my 8.5 sizes now feels too big. Is it possible to lose weight in your feet? Can your feet shrink? This is a little unheard of to me especially since the feet do not carry much fat like the rest of your body.
Whether feet shrink or not during dieting is nothing to question about, since your feet have already shrunk, so the answer is obvious. They can shrink.

Yes. Your feet can loose weight. I’m a mom of 2 and when I gained a lot of weight for the pregnancies, I also gained weight in the feet and had to go up a half a shoe size. When I lost weight I will go down a half a shoe size depending on the brand/maker of the shoe too.
