How many shoes are too many to have in a woman's closet? I have 50 so far. What do you think is "a lot?"

I just want to know how many shoes yall have, especially women. I am addicted to shoe shopping and so far, I have about 50 pairs of gorgeous shoes and running out of room in my closet. When is it considered a lot??

OH GeeZ!!i have .. 35 pairs working my way up!! thats not alot.. my friend has about.. 104 pairs.. yeah.. we are shoe-a-holics!!

I have about 10 pairs….I think 50 is a bit much. Do wear them all the time or buy a pair, wear them once and then put them back in the closet and never wear them again? My brother has about 20….We all have fetishes….your's are shoes and mine are purses.

i think your are consider a lot right now. I only have about 6 pairs of shoes, once they are out of style or runned down time to buy another pair away, but i think maybe 15- is a good amount of shoes, 50 is just to many

I have over 100, catch up! As long as you have room-there's always space for gorgeous shoes! I recommend several shoe racks. If you run out of room, sell the ones that you don't wear that often on E-bay or at a thrift store. As for what is considered a lot-that's really up to you.

As long as you can afford them, it's a harmless passion. Of course, I'm biased … I have about 300 pairs of shoes. But, in my defense, I think the reason I have always "over-buyed" shoes is because I wear a Size 4B, which is very-very difficult to find. So, whenever I find shoes in my size, I buy them. However, recently I moved from one house to another and just didn't have room for all of my shoes … so I gleaned through them and gave away about 1/2 of them to a church. (A woman's Size 4B is basically the same as a child's size 2 … so I gave away all the ones that, style-wise, little girls would wear — such as tennis shoes, hiking boots, and the like.) I admittedly wasn't wearing most of them anyway. A lot of them I had never-ever worn a single time after buying them … again, I think I had an obsessive-compulsive disorder because of the fact that my feet are so small. Bottom-line: if you can afford the shoes, there are worse "bad habits" to have. If you can't afford them …

I personally have about 8 pairs of shoes. My best friend has 124. We counted last week.
A lot is when your relationship is starting to wear down because you love your shoes more than your boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse. haha

at last count 2 years ago when i moved i had 462 pairs lol with abouit 400 of em being some type of sandle D
