When using jumpsoles or strengh shoes should you work out your quads and hamstrings too separately?

Or does the jumpsoles and strength shoes work all of your leg muscles? I just don' want to have tone calves but my quads and hamstrings are very weak increasing the chances of injury.
Its good to work out your whole body. In fact great upper body strength plays a big part in getting a high vertical jump. It doesn't matter if you train every muscle at once or separately, just as long as you do train various muscles to keep up a health body.
