I use them because of my various feet problems and I've had mine for 2 years. I suddenly started to feel alot of pain again in my feet and legs (I stand all day for work). I was wondering if replacing my shoes would help the pain some.

Depending how often you wear those particular shoes, I think so. I wore mine everyday to work beause I also had a stand up job, as well as getting foot gaurds I would replace them every year at the longest. Your feet will thank you!

    How much do you excises?
Running more than 25 miles a week. Replace every 6 months.
Walking or other exercises. Replace every 9 months.
Shoes wear as you use them.
Be sure you un-tie your shows when removing them. This will save the back of your shoes. If you remove and put in your shoes without un-doing the laces you cut the shoes life in half.

I've had my NB's for a couple years now. I was a waiter, and I cut grass in them. Probably 10+ hours a day walking around with my shoes on. Granted, they're a pretty durable shoe, but it really depends on how much use they get. Mine are still great, but my feet do hurt when I wear them for a while now. I purchased a new pair, and my feet feel better after wearing them for a while. In my case, the arches in my old shoes wore down, so I started getting flat feet, instead of the arch support my feet needed!
